-first check the cable by swapping from printer side & but same error happen

- when we check from PC side port had loose connection problem & bend back to the pc

-So to minimize workshop Maintenance Time & also customer Time i guide trough viber to open the system unit & check the connection trough viber PHOTO messaging & guide to fix to the place, fasten the port to the system Body,

-user Restart PC & check printer & found working No beep sound
