18878:-Synchronization Log issue solved!

We were following up this case as a problem.

 Please use the below method to remove messages (sync messages) from users unread Mail or inbox.

 Please make sure the folder showing this Sync messages has to be clicked

 

 In Outlook, select the Unread Messages folder or Inbox

2. Click the View tab on the ribbon

3. Click “View Settings”

4. Click Filter, then Advanced

5. Click Field and select Frequently-used fields and select “Subject.” Select “Doesn’t Contain” for Condition and enter “Synchronization Log:” for Value.
