I couldn’t access on Iflybombardier portal Technical support page quick links Troubleshooting (ADS Plus, eFIM) pls do the below procures.

ü To solve such Incident Java upgraded to 8.131or above

ü Internet Explorer should be 11,

ü Ensure to clear caches, delete cookies and temporary files;

ü Ensure to delete Java Temporary Files;

ü Browser must be reset and all add-on must be Enabled

ü pls check IE run as administrator

ü Finally, restart the PC and all problem will be solved.
