Rapid running problem is solved by the the below steps.

1. go to control panel and open Java control panel

2.open security tab

3.select edit site list

4. Add rapid link under thee location area.

5.click OK and leave the page

6. copy the dll file ( jdicArc.dll & jdicWeb.dll ) and past the file  under c:/widows/system32

7.add the below file under system Environment

Variable name : JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS

Variable value: -Djava.vendor="New Oracle"
