How to Monitor the status of massage queue for office 365 users.

1.       Click on start

2.       Type exchange toolbox and double click on it.

3.       Click on queue viewer.

 

4.       As u seen in the below image it will show you the massage queue of azueredeveloper.ethiopianairlines.com the status must be active and massage count must not hold to match queue if the massage count hold to match queue and will not change the status after the  refresh you must contact system admin for urgent solution.
