This is how update the IATA message table when ever there is request from different users.Follow the below steps 

1. Which IATA message need to be sent LDM,PSM,PTM
2. Teletype address VIEPSXH
3. For which flight and sector ADDVIE
4. Move down as indicate on the screen shot and finalized 


Then use the below command 
 GC/IATA/ET/Sector
