Scenario 1 - Send a test email from inside the organization - Failed
Scenario 2 - Send a test email from outside the organization - Failed
Scenario 3 - Check exchange servers queue - Queue was showing on emails sent to Office 365 Users
Scenario 4 - Check Office 365 email blocked list - It was not blocked
Why it Happened - There was an issue with Public IP of Exchange Servers
How it was Solved - Give exchange servers a new Public IP address in coordination with Network Team.
