Moving QUEUES from one PCC to another

Moving Queues from one PCC to another.

Hello All
You may get the request to "change PCC consolidation from itself/specific PCC to another"

Step One: Check the number of queues on the PCC from which the queues to be moved. QC/VDA«
Step Two: Check to which PCC does VDA consolidated. T*VDA/Q«
Step Three: MOVE the queues on VDA to the required PCC (ex. to SDV). QMOV/VDA17/SDV17«, where the 17 is the number of queues in the                                                                                                                                                                              PCC from which the queues to be moved.
Step Four: Forward to SabreSonic Help desk.
Last Step: Advise the user
