Please note that based on the Exchange rule configuration we are seeing configured for ET, Exchanges transactions cannot be done for PNRs that:
- Do not have flight segments
- Uncofirmed segments
- On Hold PNRs
- Used tickets
- Unknown tickets
- Multiple FOP with BT
- Multiple FOP
- Had ancillaries
- 24 Hours before departure
- Tickets originally paid by Cash, Check or Invoice
- Redemption booking
- BNPL pnrs
- TTY PCC
- PNRs with hotel reservations and according to the configuration the airline is a merchant of record.
- PNRs with a car segment when the airline is the Merchant of Record.
