Skype for business repaired and started to work....//15600

Error : Skype for Business has stopped working...
Platform: Windows 7 SP1 x86 and Office 2010 32bit and Skype for Business 2016 Basic
Solution: 1. First try if Lync will be repaired by running the command Lync.exe /safe on Run box.
               2. If step 1 is not working, go to %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync folder
               3. Delete the sip profile folder eg:  sip_temesgenh@ethiopianairlines.com
               4. Go to Tracing folder eg: C:\Users\TemesgenH\AppData\Local\microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\Tracing
               5. Delete all the files BUT NOT the folders then restart SFB
