“The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded” can be fixed by:

1.       Open Regedit,

2.       Go to Directory HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

3.       Under profile list, Delete a profile name end with .bak as shown the above  

4.       Restart the pc.
