GCG prod notification (User: MSGR) - ET502/26Jul

13500//create contact for "GCG" < gcg@champ.aero add to blocked list

when this case happen ,

first check the sender account if it has company email just add to blocked list,

if not , create contact address then add it to block list to not receive email from that specific account
