Estaff system could't calculate the price for reduced tickets


Description of turn back
The estaff system could't calculate the price for reduced tickets with the error message of "Warning! 2.1 Format WP Entry "( please refer the attachment.)
Possible cause:
-The possible cause is there was a special character @ added on the fare basis on SABRE that is for the diaspora discount.and the estaff system could't recognize it. as a result the price not calculated.
Suggested corrective action:
The special character @ was added by pricing section and we had communicating them to remove or handle the issue.
