Error (007022062)
Solution :-
The
error message you are receiving indicates a problem with the installation of
your security certificate.
We
recommend you to remove and reinstall the certificate:
-
Start Internet Explorer
-
At the top right, under the Red Cross, click on the cog icon and select
‘Internet options’
-
Click on the tab ‘Content’
-
Click on the button ‘Clear SSL State’ and confirm the pop-up window
-
Click on the button ‘Certificates’ and locate the certificate(s) issued by
‘Isabel Certification Authority’
-
Select ONLY the Isabel certificate(s) and click on the button ‘Remove’
-
Confirm the pop-up window
-
Close the Internet options window
-
Navigate to https://business.kbc.be/expertzone
-
In the section other, click on Delete certificates from registry
-
Confirm that you wish to run the utility and wait for the procedure to complete
-
Close all Internet Explorer windows
-
Open the Isabel control panel: Start > All programs/apps > KBC Online for
Business > Security > Control panel

Or in Windows 8: ‘C:\Program files (x86)\Common
files\Isabel\OfficeSignControlPanel.exe’

Double-click on the item ‘Install your certificate’
-
Enter the card’s password when prompted
-
After receiving confirmation of successful installation, close all windows
-
Try to log on to the KBC Business Dashboard
Should
you still experience problems, then please let us know whether the installation
of the certificate was successful.
Also,
please mention any (new) error messages that are displayed.
After
installation certificate the bellow screen shot appeared pls restart the user
pc & check the links.
